About the Role
• Develop and support execution of a comprehensive group-wide sustainability strategy aligned with corporate goals and sector-specific priorities.
• Create detailed sustainability action plans and track progress toward key milestones and objectives.
• Collaborate with businesses to operationalize sustainability strategies, offering tailored guidance, best practices, and promote group synergy through lighthouse projects
• Drive climate policy and govt. engagement through advocacy by engaging with industry associations, Govt. stakeholders, standard setting institutions, etc
• Engage with investors (for ESG queries) and ESG rating agencies (DJSI, CDP, Sustainalytics, etc.) for disclosures

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from Tier I institutions in Engineering (B. Tech/B. Engg.), Finance (CA), etc.
• MBA preferred but not compulsory
• Sustainability-related certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not required
• 3-6 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of consulting experience from top-tier firms, with a focus on strategy
• Must have: Consulting experience, problem solving & analytical skills, communication & presentation skills, sustainability knowledge.
