To drive B2B sales of recycled plastic granules, expand the customer base, and grow revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules
- Identify and build relationships with industrial buyers and converters
- Achieve sales targets through lead generation and client retention
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Requirements
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Strong knowledge of plastic recycling materials and processes
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales (B2C exposure is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
