About the Role
• The Sustainability Specialist (Climate Change incl. scope 3) will play a critical role in coordinating and managing initiatives focused on climate change.
• The core responsibilities include project management of Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations and climate change strategy, coordination with cross-functional teams for having full view on climate mitigation, adaptation planning, and data reporting, particularly related to CSRD.
• The role involves developing methodologies, training stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable climate-related laws and standards for the group.
• Lead Scope 3 GHG emissions calculation projects, working transversally with teams and providing guidance on data collection and reporting.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sustainability, climate change, or environmental management, with a focus on GHG accounting and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Familiarity with climate adaptation and mitigation frameworks.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
