Aadishakti Green Systems is looking for an organized and proactive Project & Operations Executive to support the management of renewable energy opportunities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, developers, consultants and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track renewable energy projects and business opportunities from initial enquiry through closure.
- Maintain project databases, CRM records and opportunity trackers.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, EPC companies and other stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, information collection and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, project profiles and commercial documentation.
- Track pending activities, deadlines and next actions across active projects.
- Support the Business Development team and management in meetings, proposals and business development activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience
3 years
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC, project management or a related industry.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred
Experience in solar, wind, open access, PPA, EPC, project development or power sector operations will be preferred.
