About the Role
· Supervise planting, irrigation, nutrition and plantation maintenance.
· Monitor plant survival, growth, gap filling, pests and diseases.
· Manage field labour, contractors and outsourced plantation agencies.
· Plan harvesting and coordinate biomass/feedstock requirements.
· Monitor field productivity, measurements and plantation cost per acre.
· Maintain plot-wise records, MRV documentation and field-safety compliance.
Requirements
. CTC: ₹4–6.4 LPA + Performance-linked Variable (Negotiable)
· B.Sc. Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture or Diploma in Agriculture.
· 5–8 years of relevant plantation/agroforestry/biomass field experience.
· Experience supervising labour, contractors, irrigation and plant-health activities.
· Comfortable with field measurements, MIS and digital record keeping.
