About the Role
Aadishakti Green Systems is a renewable energy solutions and advisory company working across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, Open Access, PPA Advisory, Project Development, Land & Grid Connectivity and EPC opportunities.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Managerto lead business development and build a strong pipeline of renewable energy opportunities across developers, industrial consumers, investors and other industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across renewable energy projects and power procurement.
- Build and maintain relationships with renewable energy developers, industrial consumers, EPC companies, investors and other stakeholders.
- Develop opportunities in PPA, Open Access, Group Captive, Solar, Wind, Hybrid and BESS.
- Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals and industry channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal/external teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up from lead generation through closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions along with the Founder/management.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, interactions and business development activities.
Requirements
Experience
5 years
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in renewable energy, power, solar, wind, open access, PPA, EPC or related sectors.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven with excellent follow-up and execution ability.
- Ability to understand technical and commercial aspects of renewable-energy projects.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for client and industry meetings.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in C&I renewable energy, Open Access, PPA, Group Captive, Renewable Project Development, BESS or Power Trading will be preferred.
