About the Role
Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
* Visit customers and understand their solar energy requirements.
* Explain solar panels and solar system solutions to potential customers.
* Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
* Follow up regularly with interested customers.
* Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
* Maintain professional communication with customers until deal closure.
* Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, site visits, and order processing.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
✅ Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
✅ Freshers are welcome to apply
✅ Previous sales experience will be an advantage
✅ Experience in solar/renewable energy sales will be preferred
