About the Role
• Looking for Sustainability & ESG consultants across multiple levels (from 1-10 years of experience in the relevant domains).
• The consultant would work closely with the Partners and other team members to help build and scale-up the business across multiple service lines and geographies.
• Leading corporate engagements on ESG integration, sustainability strategy/roadmaps and its implementation, assessments & foot-printing, ESIAs, sustainability targets, decarbonization & climate action, sustainable supply chain and ESG disclosures
• Leading investor engagements on ESG due diligences (ESG DD), ESMS roll outs, ESG assessments, ESMS roll outs, and ESG integration for portfolio companies

Requirements
• Masters/Bachelors in Engineering, Sciences or Finance
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, including client-facing roles and managing teams
• Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks/standards and disclosure practices.
• Orientation to engage with Clients and work as a team player
• Ability to structure thoughts, analyze data and communicate effectively
• An entrepreneurial outlook, willingness to take initiative/ownership, and a deep interest in sustainability!
