About the Role
• IIX is hiring a Senior Director for Credit Portfolio Management to lead the full credit lifecycle for lending products, including the Women’s Livelihood Bond portfolios.
• This role encompasses origination, credit monitoring, risk assessment, and debt recovery, ensuring portfolio health and sustainable growth.
• The Senior Director will oversee existing loan portfolios, assess new borrowers, and guide teams across these critical areas.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree: MBA or an advanced degree preferred
• At least 20 years of direct credit experience in a lending institution; SME lending a plus; emerging markets experience is also preferred
• Experience in South and Southeast Asian markets is required
• Strong quantitative skills, expert problem-solving ability, adeptness in the use of logic, excellent financial analysis skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; Relationship management and client-facing experience a plus
