About the Role
• ESG @ Vivriti, Portfolio – ESG & Impact, CSR @Vivriti
• Embed ESG practices & sustainability in the organizational culture.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of the firm’s commitment to ESG integration in investment process.
• Conduct ESG due diligence in person on field interacting with the client, evaluating their ESG risks, preparing ESG risk notes and monitoring the portfolio.
• Identify projects for CSR, ensuring compliance checks and preparing feasibility reports on shortlisted projects.
• Allocation of CSR Funds, followed by audit and monitoring report.

Requirements
• Possess 3+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of debt products, debt markets
• Understanding of ESG Risk and Impact measurement
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Preferred Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA
