About the Role
• Assisting in the development of Sustainability and Corporate Annual Reports.
• Contributing to the collection of ESG data from diverse sources, including both internal and external databases as well as surveys.
• Carrying out ESG and climate/environmental related research to support integration and engagement activities.
• Assist in monitoring sustainability and climate related regulatory developments and to help disseminate information on key ESG topics to help build out knowledge internally.
• Support the administration of SitusAMC Employee Engagement Platform.
• Responding to various and ad hoc client requests for ESG data & projects related to ESG.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in ESG, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• A passion for sustainability and basic experience in ESG/Sustainability in a corporate environment.
• Intermediate familiarity with various ESG frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, and similar entities.
• Experience in aligning current policy with GRI standards will be highly preferential.
