About the Role
- Install, assemble, and maintain rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
- Conduct wiring, conduit, and inverter installations as per electrical and safety standards.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure proper commissioning.
- Handle routine maintenance and repair of solar PV systems.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for on-site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety policies.
- Conducting Site surveys
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant technical field. Any Graduate with electrical knowledge can also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance
- Freshers with strong interest can also apply
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, solar panels, and inverters.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and time management.
