About the Role
• Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Impact Manager to lead their Social Impact function in India.
• This role will lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), sustainability, and community impact.
• Collaborate with the Social Impact team and stakeholders to implement the Social Impact strategic framework and priorities across India.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to establish and promote equitable and inclusive hiring strategies that attract diverse talent.
• Create and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster an inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements
• 5 years of relevant experience in DEIB, sustainability initiatives, community impact, or related fields preferred
• Strong expertise in DEIB and sustainability practices, particularly within the context of India.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
