About the Role
• Support client’s overall Sustainability and Decarbonization objectives/goals.
• Oversee energy & sustainability assessments (both on-site and remote) and decarbonization strategy road-mapping of client portfolios and develop impactful and scalable energy and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Work with CBRE service lines and partners to develop comprehensive turnkey solutions and introduce innovation E&S products and solutions.
• Oversee performance of energy audits (i.e. ASHRAE Levels 1, 2, 3) and water/waste assessments and generate written reports as required by the defined scope of work, LEED requirements, etc.
• Ability to leverage network of contractors/suppliers/vendors in support of conducting site audits and calculating of project/energy financials.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from four-year College or University, Master’s degree preferred. Preferred fields of study in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Environmental Science/Sustainability.
• Minimum of (8) eight years of related experience and/or training. Preferred over (10+) ten years of related experience and/or training with significant experience leading high-performing teams.
• CEM, PE and LEED accreditation preferred, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
