About the Role
• Conduct desk research and review organizations based on publicly available information to support the development of ESG proposals and pitches.
• Assist in the development of ESG reports aligned with GRI Standards 2021, SASB, TCFD, and ISSB.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging ESG issues, trends, and best practices.
• Support the formulation of ESG strategies and frameworks for clients.
• Help develop sustainability-related deliverables, including peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, policy gap analyses, KPI identification, goal setting, and strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate ESG considerations into client projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Ability to derive insights from quantitative data.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and active listening, enabling the candidate to engage with a variety of stakeholders and build productive relationships.
• Knowledge of ESG regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Commitment to developing expertise in ESG frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and SASB.
