About the Role
• Conduct relevant literature review on policies, practices and initiatives on women’s work force participation and sustainable, gender equitable transport in India and other countries;
• Process and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations;
• Support the team in developing knowledge products (reports, guidelines, toolkits,
• training materials) on sustainable and inclusive transport;
• Assist the team in developing content for and organizing workshops/outreach events for
• government agencies, civil society organizations and other stakeholders; • Support the team in preparing technical proposals for project bids.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, development studies and public policy; • Two years relevant experience on data analysis of national and sub-national data sets related to
• urban transport, women’s workforce participation, time use, expenditure; • Proficiency with quantitative and/ or statistical tools is a must;
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi;
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, and Kannada is preferred.;
