- The Regional Business Leader will spearhead sales and market development initiatives in the assigned region, with end-to-end responsibility for revenue generation, process optimization, and team leadership. The role will focus on promoting Total Water Managementsolutions, including Automation and AI-Based Monitoring, while driving regional business performance as a Profit Centre Head.

Requirements
- Graduate / MBA.
- Industry Preference:Environmental Sustainability or allied sectors (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Experience: 6–12 years
- This leadership position demands a dynamic professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, people development, and a strong focus on sustainability.
- Technical Skills (Preferred)
· Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
· Familiarity with sustainability trends, water automation technologies, and IoT solutions.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics dashboards.
