About the Role
- Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety/regulations
- Maintain project documentation and share timely updates with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3–4 years of on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation, and maintenance practices
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage
