• Develop energy management & sustainability strategy for client's real estate portfolios.
• Ensure that global and regional energy and sustainability standards are applied throughout the managed properties.
• Implement programs to achieve savings goals and targets by specified timelines.
• Manage energy benchmarking and assessment.
• Analyze energy, water, and waste metrics to identify opportunities and create plans to sustain savings.
• Lead identification and prioritization of capital projects, operational changes, and physical plant upgrades, resulting in reduced energy consumption
• Develop and evaluate financial viability of projects for budgeting and approval.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering from four-year College or university, Master’s degree preferred. Preferred fields of study in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of Five (5) years of related experience and/or training.
• Register or Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) highly desired. Sustainability Accreditation (e.g., LEED, or WELL) preferred.
