About the Role
• Programme management pertaining to Corporate Sustainability
• Engaging with NGO partners in designing projects, finalising proposals and budgets
• Monitoring project progress working in close coordination with partners
• Preparation of papers for governance meetings
• Support volunteering engagement, communication and reporting for the Corporate Sustainability function
• Support communication for 'volunteering engagement' and other ' Corporate Sustainability initiatives' on HSBC Now and other platforms.
• Drive Corporate Sustainability visibility internally and externally (e.g. CS Newsletter, Corporate AVs, Award Submissions, News reports, Publicity of CS initiatives on social media)

Requirements
• Studying towards a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or professional qualification with a quantitative, statistical, energy and/or economics focus.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to creatively problem solve
• Great written and verbal communication
• A genuine interest in energy market dynamics – some knowledge of the key drivers of the energy transition (through studies or general background reading) would be beneficial
