Disclaimer on Candidate Information: We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information provided by candidates in their applications, resumes, or any other submitted materials. It is your responsibility to verify the credentials and information of all applicants. You are also solely responsible for the content of your job posting, ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.

Consent to Receive Applications: By posting a job, you expressly agree to receive applications from interested candidates. We do not filter or screen applicants beyond the basic criteria you set in your job posting.

Communication with Candidates: Please note that we currently do not provide an integrated messaging service within the portal. To communicate with shortlisted candidates, you will need to use the email address they provide in their application.

Compliance with Laws: By posting a job, you affirm that your recruitment process and the job you are posting comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws and regulations in India, including but not limited to, those related to employment, non-discrimination, and data protection (such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You are responsible for ensuring your hiring practices are fair and adhere to legal standards.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality: You agree to handle all candidate personal data obtained through our portal with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). This includes, but is not limited to:

Purpose Limitation: Using candidate data only for the purpose of evaluating their suitability for the job you posted.

Data Minimization: Collecting only the necessary personal data required for the recruitment process.

Security: Implementing reasonable security measures to protect candidate data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Retention: Retaining candidate data only for as long as necessary for the recruitment purpose, or as required by law, and promptly erasing it thereafter.

No Unauthorised Sharing: Not sharing, selling, or distributing candidate personal data to any third party without explicit consent from the candidate and adherence to DPDPA.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any job advertisements or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your posting of a job, your recruitment activities, your handling of candidate data, or any breach of these terms.

No Guarantee of Candidates: While we strive to provide a platform for connecting employers with job seekers, we do not guarantee the number or quality of applications you will receive, nor do we guarantee that you will find a suitable candidate through our portal.
